By creating an account or using Cadenze, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Cadenze provides a platform for teachers, coaches, and creative professionals to create branded booking pages, manage events, and accept payments from clients.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Payments and Billing

Cadenze uses Stripe to process payments. By connecting a Stripe account, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Cadenze charges a monthly subscription fee. Payment processing between you and your clients is handled directly through Stripe.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on Cadenze (event descriptions, profile information, images). You grant Cadenze a license to display this content as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Cadenze may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your data will be retained for a limited period for legal compliance, then permanently removed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cadenze is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
